Seem just like yesterday I was writing and telling you we were home from India. Well, after three trips to the West Coast, and a fabulous wedding of Trenton and Melanie we have returned to India for a couple of months.
Writing about our last trip I had expressed how awful the connections were and all the mishaps, well…this trip could not have been more perfect—Not true, first class would have been nicer.
Upon arriving in Mumbai, we were the VERY first people in line for Immigration and then our luggage came off the conveyer belt first, and no one was in Customs, so we flew through. Believe it or not we were in the car on the way to the hotel
35 minutes from the time the pilot came over the intercom to announce our landing in Mumbai.
To top it off—we were given a room on the Club floor of the hotel and then not charged for the extra luggage weight on our flight to Nagpur. All in all, it made for a wonderful trip even if I do have DELTA imprinted on my derriere from seat occupying time this last 30 days.
